Facts, not badges.
This page makes no certification claims. It states what the system is built to do — each claim is auditable against the running product, and we would rather show you a database grant than a logo.
Every company's data behind row-level security
Tenant isolation is enforced by the database — row-level security forced on every business table, with write isolation proven by test, not assumed. A documented evidence pack exists and is available to serious evaluators under NDA.
The My Space firewall is a database grant
The personal vault lives in a schema the company's system has no rights to read. That is a catalog listing an auditor can print, not a paragraph of policy. The one crossing that exists is one-way and column-limited: the vault may read a person's name, role and joining date — never salary, appraisal or attendance detail.
Private by default, at the server
If a request to create something arrives without a visibility choice, the server sets it to private. The default is data, not a checkbox — a client bug cannot widen it.
The anonymity floor is applied at the source
Leadership aggregates withhold any group smaller than five before a response is built. The floor applies to charts, filters and exports alike, and clients never receive under-floor data to "hide".
Data-minimising by decision
Personal identifiers are handled with DPDP-aware design decisions — collected minimally, stored deliberately, and never displayed where they are not needed.
Deploy discipline as a reliability story
Every release is gated by an automated contract suite of two hundred plus assertions and scripted browser verification, with versioned builds visible in-product. If a promise breaks, the deploy does not go out.
India-ready, precisely
IST-correct day boundaries everywhere, ₹-native documents, the Indian statutory stack (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) in the payroll run, and a statutory calendar honest enough to mark holidays confirmed or tentative.
This website practises what the product preaches
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand how it's used, loaded only after you accept the cookie notice, with IP anonymisation and no advertising trackers. The onboarding form collects only what a quote needs, and our privacy policy was published before the form went live.
