Promises to both sides of work.
Every person in TriQ has two rooms: My Desk, where their work with the company happens in full, and My Space, where their personal record lives. The rooms run side by side while the person is with the company, and part cleanly when they part ways. The Charter is each room keeping its word — to the individual, and to the employer, with equal weight.
The Charter for individuals
Three promises about My Space — the personal room.
Nothing in My Space touches appraisal.
Your personal room plays no part in how your performance is assessed — a separation built into the product itself, so it holds regardless of who is looking.
Everything is born private.
Every moment, document and note you create starts private, and becomes visible only when you choose to share it. The rule is enforced at the server — nothing can become visible by accident or omission.
Your record stays with you.
Your space is rooted in your own email. Documents issued to you are deposited as permanent copies, and export is a standing right, any day — your record grows with you across roles and years.
The Charter for employers
Three promises about My Desk and the company's command of it.
Your company's data is yours, completely.
Everything in My Desk — attendance, leave, payroll, reviews, approvals — is the company's record, under the company's full command, isolated per company at the database and exportable in standard formats. Nothing an HRMS should give you is reduced.
Honest patterns for better decisions.
Leadership sees anonymised, company-wide patterns — capability, workload, recognition — alongside everything people choose to share: skills, milestones, aspirations. Together they let you offer people better opportunities, matched to interests, experience and the qualifications they keep adding.
Clean separations, both ways.
When someone leaves, the working room detaches on schedule — access ends, approvals close, and every statutory record the company must retain stays exactly where the law requires it. The company's information is as secure after a separation as before it.
What keeping these promises looks like
What does the company see and manage?
What happens to company data when someone leaves?
Do statutory records stay compliant?
Managers see exactly what colleagues see
"Away today" never says why
Export is a standing right
