Refund policy.

TriQ is sold by subscription under a written agreement with each customer, and that agreement governs fees, billing periods and termination. As a default: fees for a current billing period are not refundable once the period has begun; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; and amounts charged in error are refunded in full to the original payment method.

On termination, company data is exportable in standard formats, and each individual's personal vault remains their own — leaving TriQ never takes a person's vault away.
