What this site collects

Two things, and nothing else. First, what you type into the forms on the Get started page: for organisations, the company and contact details needed to prepare a quote; for individuals, a name and personal email to reserve a vault invitation. Second, if you accept the cookie notice, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how visitors move through the site. It sets cookies and is loaded only after you accept the cookie notice — decline and no analytics cookies are set. We enable IP anonymisation, and we run no advertising or re-targeting trackers. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

What we do with it

Organisation details are used to prepare and send your quote and to follow up on that request. An individual's personal email is used to send the vault invitation when claiming opens, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own use.

Retention and your rights

Quote requests are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete what you have submitted by writing to connect@triqhr.com, and we will act on the request promptly. Grievances under applicable Indian data-protection law may be addressed to the same address.

The product is governed separately

This policy covers the triqhr.com website. The TriQ product's handling of company and personal data is governed by the customer agreement and by the architecture described on the Security & data and Trust Charter pages.
